One of South Brisbane’s most iconic venues is back. The heritage-listed former Fox Hotel has been reimagined as Hotel Terminus, a sprawling four-level destination bringing together dining, drinks, entertainment and events in the heart of Fish Lane.

Following an extensive transformation by Ghanem Group Hospitality, the venue now features three distinct experiences under one roof. Enjoy elevated pub dining at Hotel Terminus Bistro, where Executive Chef Jake Nicolson serves up premium Queensland steaks, house-made Scotch eggs and the indulgent Salty Sea Dog lobster hot dog with saffron mayonnaise. Head upstairs to Fox Rooftop for cocktails, bites and city views, or settle into Vixen Room, a stylish late-night lounge offering cocktails, live music and entertainment.
