Fancy yourself a bit of a coffee expert? Then we have the scoop you’ve bean waiting for!

Fresh like its coffee beans and now nestled near Fish Lane is Hoo Ha Coffee Bar, a nifty coffee nook that’s soon to become South Brisbane’s new favourite. Don’t be fooled though – while it might look quaint on the outside, Hoo Ha’s spacious interior makes it the ideal spot to lounge or work on your laptop, coffee in hand.

Carving out their niche on Melbourne Street, this recently opened mini-café both lives and breathes coffee, and their constant stream of new regulars shows it!

Pulled in by the delicious aroma of grounded java, Hoo Ha’s friendly staff serves their guests with delicious coffee made with Fonzie Abbott beans and Milk Lab dairy. They are also swift providers of any type of coffee, which makes them perfect for commuters on the go!

It’s not just their coffee that has us filled to the brim – their scrumptious $12 whole box lunches are also too delicious not to be mentioned! Keeping lunches big and the waistlines small, these plant-based meals are the perfect choice for those looking to be a little healthier during the day.

That’s not to say that there’s nothing for sweet-tooths in the shop. Perfectly flaky and devilishly good are their decadent almond croissants and Danishes, made by local favourites Crust & Co Artisan Bakery. The only bad thing about them? You’ll always be left wanting more!

Also stepping up Hoo Ha’s breakfast game is their partner Indietreats, who provides the coffee bar with mouth-watering cookies, brekkie bars, and Cherry Bomb cakes.

Don’t fall asleep on your way to work – wake up and smell the coffee when you stop by Hoo Ha.
