Saturday 16 November, 9am | Art Workshop with Sunday Jemmott

An extension of the ‘Aquariums of Delight’ art installations, Sunday Jemmott invites you to participate in their Fish Library creative workshop. Reflecting on the poignant line “everybody wanted a glittering scale” from shorty story Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister, this workshop will mimic the creating and sharing process undertaken by the Rainbow Fish.

Visitors are invited to make their own felt fish, adorned with sequins and beads, a unique fish birthed in Fish Lane. A slow making process, workshop participants will have the opportunity to foster new fishy relationships. After making a fishy familiar it will be added to the fish library, in which they will trade their fish for another, either made by the artist or another participant.
