Negroni Week 2025: Sipping Boldly and Doing Good
From September 22 to 28, the laneway is going a little bitter (in the best way) for a good cause as Negroni Week returns for another year. Presented by Campari and Imbibe Magazine, this global cocktail celebration transforms every negroni into support for Slow Food, a charity fighting for a fairer, more sustainable food system.
Over a dozen of our venues will be shaking, stirring and serving up fresh takes on the three-ingredient classics. Think chocolate-infused indulgence, coconut-kissed freshness, and amaro-spiked elegance, all poured with purpose. This year’s highlights include:
The ‘Secret Handshake’ Art & Negroni Trail ($95pp)
Saturday, September 27 at 3.00pm
An invitation to wander the red-brick laneway, lush greenery, and striking public art while sipping negroni-inspired creations from some of Brisbane’s most passionate bartenders. An afternoon of craftsmanship, creativity, and cause, all wrapped up in one spirited stroll. If negronis aren’t your go-to, you won’t miss out. There will be plenty of other cocktails and bites along the way to keep you sipping happy! Grab your Negroni Trail tickets HERE.
Midtown Bar Negroni Dinner ($95pp)
Wednesday, September 24 at 6.30pm
A four-course Negroni & Friends Dinner is the perfect way to kick off the celebrations, Tuscan toast, vitello tonnato, gnocchi and of course, a negroni cheesecake to finish. But heads up, negroni lovers, this one sold out last time, so you’ll want to lock in your spot HERE.
Fish Lane Town Square Pop Up Bar
Friday, September 26 from 4.00pm & Saturday, September 27 from 2.00pm
A two-day pop up bar is shaking up the Chocolonely Negroni, with live sets and special appearances from the Jazz Music Institute. Good drinks, good vibes, and the perfect excuse to linger a little longer.
