Lune Croissanterie lands on Fish Lane

The first Lune Croissanterie outpost outside of Melbourne, Fish Lane has welcome the world-renowned patisserie to our precinct!

What started as a small shop in Melbourne’s Elwood nine years ago has become a globally recognised phenomenon, with queues at both Melbourne locations daily and even a claim in the New York Times that Lune might produce “the finest croissants in the world”.

Thanks to creator Kate Reid’s background as an engineer and aerodynamicist, Lune controls all elements of the croissant-making process with a scientific approach down to finite details including flour milling and lamination.

While they proudly specialise in croissants, Lune also employs innovation in developing new and enticing pastry forms and flavour combinations running as monthly specials—basically, multiple visits are required!

Lune Croissant is now open at located at 15 Manning Street, South Brisbane.
