There’s Dumpling You Need to Know!
Chinese New Year is almost upon us and we can’t contain our excitement! 2018 is the year of the dog, which is why we’ll be celebrating on February 17, 10am – 4pm, by woofing down the delicious dim sums and jiao zi (traditional new year dumplings) on offer at Wandering Cooks and BrisAsia’s Dumpling Day.
Not only will the whole day be dedicated to chowing on shish barak and Shanghai dumplings from across Asia (including far-off places like Palestine and Tibet), but guests also get to learn how to make hand-made jiao zi with a twist from some of the best chefs in Brisbane!
Seriously, words alone can’t express how happy we’re filling… I mean feeling right now. If you gyoza go, be sure to register a free ticket beforehand. Rumours are that places are selling out faster than you can say wonton.
So, what are you waiting for? It’s time to get some dim sum.
