As we head towards the middle of autumn, we’re celebrating with seasonal flavours, special new events, and plenty to experience throughout April!
Working Title Brew Co events at Saccharomyces
Pay Fish Lane’s haven of all things hops on Thursday, April 8 for the free launch of Brisbane’s latest gypsy brewing (small-scale brewing by a third party at a licensed brewery) operation, Working Title Brew Co! There’ll be the chance to try all four of their first releases, as well as some beery good prizes to take home.
If you decide you like what you taste, Saccharomyces is hosting the Working Title team again on Thursday, April 15 for an instalment of their beer dinners, this time paired with four varieties of their mouthwatering Belgian boulet meatballs! Your $60 ticket includes tastes of all four beers, and a matched serving of boulet – grab one here!
Our first-ever Fish Lane Markets are kicking off on Sunday, April 11 at 10 am! Stop by Town Square to shop the likes of ceramics, art, accessories, plants, dog accessories, natural skincare by local makers, with live music by Mabel McCormack to soundtrack your browsing! Learn more here.
This Harvest Supper was postponed from Saturday, April 3 – stay tuned for a new date! Your $55 ticket will treat you to an entrée and main cooked over fire, as well as a drink on arrival.
Chu’s popular annual Sports Lunch is back on Friday, April 16, serving up a banquet lunch, three-hour drinks package, special guests from the sporting world and live entertainment for $100pp. Head here to learn more and buy your tickets for an action-packed Friday lunch!

Live music in Town Square
Whether you’re just passing through Town Square or enjoying one of Fish Lane’s cafes, bars or restaurants, take a seat and enjoy some live tunes in Town Square every weekend! Saturdays will see live DJs like Electro Swiggety (April 3) and DJ Danny Cool (April 10), while Sundays feature artists like Birdman Randy (April 4) and Milton Arandia (April 18).
