Southside’s Dim Sum Dego is Back!
Love dim sum?
Southside’s famous Dim Sum Dego returns on the evening of Thursday 24 August. Head Chef, Benny Lam, will be collaborating with Champagne Ayala to bring to life a $99 4-course banquet and dessert menu dedicated to dim sum.
The mouth-watering menu includes wagyu beef siu mai with water chestnut and wasabi, lobster & prawn spring rolls with sea urchin and shiso.
If you’re feeling a little bit extra fancy, you can also add the Premium Champagne Beverage Pairing for an additional $99. Which includes three wines and two champagne cocktails. Esteemed international ambassador from Champagne Ayala, Laurence Alamanos, will also be there to welcome guests and talk about all things champagne.
To ensure nobody misses out on the dim sum, Southside is hosting two sittings, with the first from 5pm – 5:45pm and the second from 7:30 – 8:15pm. You can secure your spot here. See you there!
