Three must-try winter cocktails from Bar Brutus

If the cold weather has you feeling blue, we get it. We’re over it too. But a surefire way to combat the chilly season is with a Bar Brutus cocktail. A, because they’re delicious, and b, because why not?

Tiramisu 

Just like a big warm hug, Bar Brutus’ Tiramisu cocktail is everything you need this winter. Made on cacao infused dark rum, Pellegrino Marsala, espresso, kahlua, and savoiardi biscuits, then decadently topped off with a square of dark chocolate, this is hands down our new favourite cocktail – and we reckon it’ll be yours in no time, too.

Kentucky Monkey

One of the world’s most popular summer sips, the piña colada, has been reinvented for the cooler months with a whisky twist. Crafted with toasted coconut bourbon, caramelised banana and rose water,this is sure to be your ultimate winter comfort cocktail. 

Fico

And last, but certainly not least, is the Fico. Smooth but aromatic, this tipple is made on fig-infused Plantation 3 Star Rum, hibiscus, fennel and lime – this is one beverage that will remain in your top three long after winter’s gone. Trust us.
