Make your way to Pilgrim Hot Yoga to sweat, stretch and centre
Opening on Sunday, May 16, Pilgrim Hot Yoga is the latest addition to Fish Lane, and one we couldn’t be more excited about!
Utilising far-infrared heat (which can detoxify, reduce muscle tension, heighten relaxation, improve circulation, aid weight loss, boost the immune system and lower blood pressure) Pilgrim offers nine types of hot yoga classes from Hatha “Warrior” yoga to “Sunday Roast” vinyasa and even classes lead by a live DJ!
With a striking mural by local artist Zoe Porter stretching across the studio space, a minimal arrival lounge and even an urban rain garden for your post-class cooldown, Pilgrim is a fresh and modern hub for escaping city life, centring yourself, and strengthening both the body and mind.
To welcome new members and establish its Fish Lane community, Pilgrim is offering 50 foundation memberships to early adopters, which include
-a 20% discount on standard Pilgrim Grounded membership ($35.50 weekly, guaranteed for the membership duration and transferrable)
-unlimited access
-monthly pass to bring a friend for free
-20% discount on special events and live DJ sessions
You can learn more about the foundation memberships and sign up, while they’re still available, here!
Members are also invited to use the studio between 1 pm and 5 pm Monday-Friday for their own self-guided yoga practice or relaxation, and practitioners in shiatsu and reiki are also on staff to provide a holistic experience.
Whether it’s the beginning of your yoga journey or just the latest stop in a long adventure, Fish Lane’s self-proclaimed sweat capital, Pilgrim Hot Yoga, is a must-visit!
