Negroni Week – Where Creativity, Cocktails and Charity Come Together

From September 18 to 24, we’re painting the laneway red for Negroni Week, presented by Imbibe and Campari. Negroni Week is all about putting the power of fundraising into the hands of bars and restaurants around the world. Proceeds from each sale of the beverage will be donated to Slow Foods charity.
From Thursday to Saturday, Town Square will come alive with a pop-up bar manned by Bar Brutus from 5pm. Co-owner and bartender extraordinaire Stefan Angelovski of Bar Brutus is leading the charge to once again host a Negroni Week pop-up bar for all to enjoy. After-work drinkers and post-dinner sippers will find themselves enjoying a slice of Italy in this free to enter pop-up bar serving Negroni inspired cocktails.
In a trial by fire, Midtown Bar is being welcomed to the laneway with an intimate Negroni event on Thursday, September 21 that showcases delectable small plates paired with Negroni cocktails. On Saturday, September 23, Negroni lovers are invited to stroll through Fish Lane’s haven of greenery, charming red brick buildings and captivating public artwork to sample select venues’ takes on the classic drink with an accompanying bite.
