Discover duck at Southside’s dedicated dinner

Known for their fun and fresh take on central Asian cuisine, Southside restaurant is mixing things up on Thursday, July 22 and putting on a five-course menu focused on duck!

With ten individual dishes highlighting the decadent poultry, diners can expect the likes of tea-smoked duck ham on a shallot pancake with red date, drunken duck with Falls Farm vegetables, and triple-cooked duck with Peking sauce, radish and fermented chilli.

Of course, no banquet is complete without dessert, so there’s a chocolate parfait with duck fat caramel and smoked salt to finish!

The dedicated duck menu will be exclusively available on Thursday, July 22 for $88pp (with some supplements available, too). Seatings are available between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm, or between 8 pm and 9 pm.
