Salt rims at the ready… March Into Margarita is returning to Fish Lane this March, and she’s bringing a month-long fiesta with her. Bright, bold and bursting with citrusy energy, this beloved margarita moment is all about celebrating Fish Lane’s incredible venues and letting you sip your way through some seriously good margs.

A tequila-fuelled choose-your-own-adventure through Fish Lane!

Across March, your favourite Fish Lane venues will be shaking, salting and serving their own margarita creations from classic crowd-pleasers to playful twists with a little extra bite. Whether you’re a purist or a flavour-chaser, there’s a marg (or three) waiting with your name on it.

The hero of the month? The Margarita Trail, your passport to hopping venue to venue, sipping along the way and discovering just how good a Fish Lane marg can be.

What’s shakin’ for March into Margarita?

Chu the Phat’s Phat Fiesta

• Chu the Phat is bringing back their Phat Fiesta on March 5th from 6pm to 8:30pm. Entry is free, but bookings are highly recommended, and available here.

Espolon x Bar Brutus Pop Up Margarita Bar 

• Team Brutus will be popping up with an Espolon margarita bar on March 13th, 14th, 20th and 21st to wrap up the Margarita Trail, shaking their three special cocktails all night long. With flavour profiles like peach and thyme, lemongrass and coriander, and mango and a pop of prosecco, these ones are not to be missed! No bookings required, as they’ll be in the lane ready to serve whoever wanders on by.

Midtown x Espolon Margarita Dinner 

• Midtown will be hosting their Margarita Dinner Menu every Tuesday to Saturday night in March at exclusive 6:30pm sittings, with four courses to pair with their four margs, from the Smokey Blue to the Coconut. Bookings are required for this one, so get yours here. 

The March into Margarita Trail

All month long, the margaritas from each venue will be up for grabs, but our official Margarita Trail is happening March 21, 2–5pm, kicking off at Midtown and winding its way down Fish Lane.

For $95, you’ll score six tokens to use at any of the six stops along the trail, finishing at Bar Brutus with their exclusiveEspolonmargarita pop-up bar in the laneway.
