March into Margarita with Fish Lane Arts Precinct & Espolòn Tequila
Back for another round of tequila-fueled fiesta-ing, March Into Margarita is once again bringing utterly zesty times to the Fish Lane Arts Precinct—this time with even more bold sips and fresh flavours to keep the party going all month long.
In collaboration with Espolòn Tequila, everyone’s favourite tequila-based tipple is being shaken up for a second year in a row. With a roster of classic crowd-pleaser margs and experimental mixtures alike (hola to Fruit Tingle!), tequila lovers will be spoilt for choice at the precinct for the whole month of March! Expect salty quenchers from participating venues like Bar Brutus, Chu the Phat, Hello Please, Julius, Kiki Kiosk, Midtown Bar, Next Episode, Southside and Tarbouche Mezza Bar.
And the adventure doesn’t stop there! A tequila-twisted wonderland awaits those daring enough to follow the March Into Margarita trail. Sip your way through participating Fish Lane venues – with each stop serving up unique twists on everyone’s favourite drink, there’s a different adventure for everyone to discover. To keep the good vibes (and glasses) flowing, four of our venues will be throwing their own fiestas, each adding their own unique spin to the celebration. Be sure to keep your March schedule open to experience as many salty rims as possible!

Trendy, cheeky, fun and flavourful – what better place is there to sit and sip on margs than Hello Please? Between 3 pm and 5 pm each Friday and Saturday in March, the team will be serving up margs, tacos and ceviche. This will be the spot for idle talk, titbits and tequila-filled tipples.

To complement the festivities, Benny Lam and his team of chefs have created a festival snack menu for the day! And to really set the mood, ‘The Mad Mariachi’ band will be performing live.
