Magnificent Moulin Rouge! The Musical inspired morsels

Experience the Moulin Rouge! The Musical spectacular outside of the QPAC theatre at all your favourites in Fish Lane from May 16.

Fish Lane favourites including Southside Restaurant, Kiki Kiosk, Chu the Phat and La Lune have been inspired to create culinary delights to enjoy pre or post-show.

Southside Restaurant | Can-Can Chill Crab Xiao Long Bao & Montmartini

Citrus Absolut vodka, sour pineapple cordial, Chambord , rose water, cherry blossom vermouth. Served in a Nick and Nora glass with rose petals.

Kiki Kiosk | Red Heart Negroni

Four Pillars Shiraz Gin, Dolin Chambery, hibiscus, Lillet rouge. Served in a rocks glass with cubed ice, blood orange and an edible flower.

Chu the Phat | Rouge 75

Gin, elderflower, T’Gallant Pink Moscato, lemon, sugar and grenadine. Served in a flute glass with an elegant cherry garnish.

La Lune | Fête de La Lune

A glass of La Lune chardonnay or pinot with a steak tartare.
